to the Missouri Medical Malpractice Joint Underwriting Association.
The Missouri Medical Malpractice Joint Underwriting Association began issuing insurance policies effective June 30, 2004. The JUA offers medical professional liability policies to any provider who meets the eligibility requirements. No eligible provider may be denied coverage based on loss experience. The JUA currently writes occurrence forms of coverage. Application and Manual information are available by clicking the "Forms and Links" and "Operations and Rating Manual" links at the top of this page. The "Contacts" link provides Underwriting, Claims, and Payment contact information.
